Reminders to move not working on Inspire HR

Altho the app clearly shows I haven't taken 250 steps in an hour today, I'm not getting reminders to move.  Please tell me why not.  Thanks.

Let me help you with your missing reminders to move. Start by checking that your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode by long pressing the button. After this restart it. Also try removing the Reminders to move, save and sync then set them up again.

I've been having the same issue for the past few days. I've tried resetting 5-6 times and turning off/on and syncing with no luck. Any other options I can try? Thanks!

What do you mean by "long pressing the button"?

Thank you for your inquiry. I mean exactly that, pressing the button until you see an action on your tracker. Basically just press it for a couple of seconds and a menu should appear where you should be able to set these options for your tracker.
