Hi,

 

If I removed the hourly activity from the dashboard, would the watch still make hourly reminder to move?

@WdhOsman It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR reminders to move. If you remove these notifications from the Fitbit app and sync your tracker then you shouldn't get them anymore. The key here is to sync so the tracker updates the new instructions from the app. You can read more about Reminders to move here.
