Replace a broken rubber wristband for my Inspire 2?

How can I replace my wristband for my Inspire?  The rubber just snapped off and I can no longer put it on.  Does FITBIT sell replacements so I can fix it myself?  How and where can I order it?  Do I need to send it in for repair?  If so, where? Hopefully, the device can be salvaged.  Thanks!

Hi @lydiarwilson if you're under warranty, get with support. Otherwise, there are no replacement parts or repair shops. If it's just the band, you can purchase a new one.

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
