My dog just chewed up the band. Can i get it replaced?

The band is easily replaced.  You can buy replacement bands from the Fitbit Store here.  Or Amazon has a variety of third-party bands for sale.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Mlnesson  you can purchase the band of your choice from the Fitbit Store - click to go there

or go to a local retailer that carries them. There is no warranty to replace a band that the dog chewed. Guess the dog thought it was his new toy.

I am completely unhappy with my Inspire HR band (easily comes undone) and unimpressed with the 3rd party choices. Can anyone make recommendations?

No. I figured they'd just suggest or send a newer version of the one I already have. It's just not very sturdy -- seems like they went for the cheap rubber which doesn't hold the band "tail" in place very well. I don't think it's defective... just substandard quality. Would love something of canvas and velcro or similar.

In the future you can check your warranty options for this type of issues with your bands. We have a really great options for replacement bands on our store. In your case @Jeffrey8, I've requested a case to our support team. They will be glad to check your warranty options.
