I was given the Inspire HR as a gift. It worked for like two months and then the screen went blank and wouldn't charge. I contacted Fitbit and was sent a replacement. When I went to charge the replacement, The face did light up and presented as if it was charging. When I went back to sync everything, I would not power up. This is the SECOND unit that was faulty. I can not get a human on the phone to troubleshoot. These products are too expensive to simply not work! Any advice?
