I have received a replacement Inspiré HR but when I enter set up it asks for my email address and then says the email address is already taken - it’s the original set up I guess. How do I get round this?

Welcome to the forums.
Sounds like you are trying to set it up as a new devise. You need to set it up as a replacement device
