I absolutely love my Fitbit hands down. Only had this one ( my second) less than 6 months the screen would not come on unless on charge. So I contacted support, I was offered a replacement under warranty. Well my inspire2 is no longer sold the being my second with extended warranty and the premium, I asked what I would get due to mine is no longer sold. Well I was told the one I have. I did not pay for all the extra to get a already returned Fitbit or a refurbished one. So my offers were one like I have or 50% off. No I'm not happy about it. I'm on a very very tight income.in 2021 Fitbit had $1.21 billion revenue 31 million users 111 million registered users 10.6 device sales Fitbit was valued at $2.1 billion by Google in 2019. So would a upgraded replacement be so hard? The support lady was rude. When I asked about a upgrade she asked which one and I answered she was not trying to hear it at all. She said NO I asked her why no? Why did you ask? Well guess we will see. Loved my Fitbit don't like the warranty or replacement or the customer service/ support. Thanks
