My Inspire HR wasn't responding anymore (only showing the time), so I was sent a replacement. I plugged it in, the back green light responded, and the app "found" it, but the face wouldn't turn on. I sent it back and (5 weeks later) I received a new replacement, but now it is doing the same thing. Plugged it in, got the smile, but not vibrate, left it alone for 1+hrs and the app can "find" it, but face won't turn on to anything. I have tried to hard reset it a few times and still nothing.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding the replacement unit your receive that is not turning on and confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this problem again.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

Update: finally received replacement #3 and immediately the tracker lit up the way it was supposed to when I attached it to the charger. I originally had the black set up but replacement 1 & 2 was lilac since I liked the idea of two toned. After this process, I said "eff this" and went back to all black. I guess purple wasn't meant to be.
