Is there a way to reset the steps to zero?

Hi @RogerYates222 these are wrist based devices and every move of your hand will count as a step. 37 steps from midnight until you woke up isn't much at all. You shouldn't worry about that many steps, as there will be times when you are pushing a shopping cart or holding something in your hands and not all the steps will be recognized. Why not get to know your Inspire 2 a bit better. It really does a great job.

Do you mean the count of steps for today or all your steps?
If you'd like to reset today's count to zero then, sorry but no, you can't.
If you'd like to delete all your steps so you can start afresh then the easiest option is to set up a new account (with a different email)

Thank you. I haven't even gotten out of bed and it says 37 steps. I suppose I'll be able to track my walking for an accurate count. I hope so anyway. I'm sure there's a pedometer like option. Well thanks again.

The other day, I was awarded 25,000 steps for the day...... I can tell you.... I didn't walk 25000 steps. The truth is, I was seated most of the day. Something needs to be done that will allow the user to delete false information.

Ditto! This am I awoke to 27K steps on my versa. This is a huge problem because I participate in goal week et al with friends across the country. This am I had to post that I did not walk the erroneous 27K steps that is shown on our challenge board. I don’t want to open a new account with a different email address as suggested. However, I would appreciate a solution to this error, especially since it is giving false information to the people participating in the challenge
