Restart a device from the app

Is it possible to restart an Inspire 2 from the Fitbit App?

I've been asked to do so by the help team but can't seem to find anywhere on the app to do so.

Hello @whitbycolin and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but the help team gave you incorrect information,  There are two ways to restart an Inspire 2:

  • Open the Settings app on the Inspire 2.  Look for the Reboot Device option and tap on it
  • If your Inspire 2 is unresponsive, attach it to its charging cable attached to a power source.  Press and hold the buttons for 10 seconds, then release.  You should see a smiley face and it should vibrate when it restarted.
