How exactly do I restart the Inspire HR?

My inspire hr when I hold the button just starts the stop watch. I can not get it to restart. Any ideas?

I find that the HR needs to sync with your phone. After charging I hold the phone and HR two side by side and then press the side button. After that I read the display and see if the syncing starts. When it does sometimes it needs to update as well. I do this on my phone. You will see it syncing there.

That's all I can say.

Hello, if you have a charge 3 here are some instructions,

 

put the Fitbit watch on charge (make sure you have the pins connected)

 

hold the power button for 3 seconds and then if you see the smile face, then your charge 3 is restarted.

 

if it fails to respond, leave the watch for 24 hours and try again. 
if it still does not respond, call the customer centre on its contact us page.

 

these instructions are what I did with my charge 3 and not available on any other device.

I've tried this a dozen times and it won't reset.  Is there anything else I can do?

I have to hold the button for a good long while not the few seconds they say and all of a sudden a smiley face will show up.  Make sure the connection to the charger is food or it will not work.  My connection slipped a couple of times and it did not reset.

The only thing that has helped is to delete the app on my phone and
re-install. Did you try that?

I do not want to delete the app, but you can remove the device from the
application and set it up again, maybe try that?--

Just reboot your Inspire HR, and if that does not work then contact fitbit
support. That is what I did and they helped me out through each step.

 

Contact fitbit support, they will help. That is what I did.

That is all I'm going to say, just say to them the step by steps to reset
your watch, the way they came out of the factory. Try if they do not
help.--

Try unpairing and then re-pairing the bluetooth, that has worked for me when this happens.

Hello
I had to not wear my HR for over a month because I had surgery on my wrist.
Now it won't charge. Plugged in overnight and a day - no response!!

Hi I have tried this a couple times and I still get nothing 😔, no smiley face I got a vibration once. Is there anything else I can do or do you think the face is done?

Did you delete the app from your phone? I have not had the prob;em you are
saying going on for you. My problem was that it didn't connect with my
phone. Other times it would act as if it was dead. And for no apparent
reason it would start on it's own, Don't be afraid to call customer
support. They probably would help you.

Having the same problem, get the smilie face but no vibration and won't do anything but show the time only when I press the button.

I no longer have this HR. It is too frustrating. did you try the FitBit
people themselves? Sorry

I noticed that the app was updated yesterday. Now I can’t get my Inspire HR to sync with it. Might try rebooting it. Hope that works. So annoying!
