Resting hr not tracking and monitoring reads "no measurements"

Hi, I've done the cache clear, reboot trick mentioned on other similar threads, tried checking if it was on clip or on wrist (it is on wrist, and I've switched it back and forth) but my app is still not measuring my heart rate, there isn't even a graph it just reads "no measurements"

 

I've tried to find the "auto sync" feature which I can't find, and I've updated permissions on my phone itself to make sure data transfer is allowed.

 

The HR is tracking in "zones" but that is it. Any idea how to get this resolved?

 

I am using an inspire2 on the app version 3.64.5 on an android os (OnePlus 5T)
