I edited the phone display of calories , steps, zone minutes and distance in error.How to restore it

If you just edited the display, you would change it back the same way.  Tap the Edit button at top right, or just keep pressing any tile to get into edit mode.  Drag them around as you like.  If deleted any, you will see them to add back when in edit mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
