I want to return Inspire HR. I'm entering the order number and billing ZIP code, copying them from the paper sticker which arrived with the device. But the web form at https://returns.narvar.com/fitbit/returns says:
We don’t seem to recognize that order number or zip code. Please double check and try again.
Naturally I "double checked" a few times. How to proceed?

When returning an item, you need a RMA and different instructions than from the original order. You contact customer service first to get that authorization?

Similar to what @Odyssey13 mentioned, please share more details on the situation. Are you using the numbers for the shipping label that was on the package? If not, where did you get the label? Have you gotten in touch with our support team about returning your Fitbit?

Thanks everyone. Customer support informed me that the return form is for USA addresses only and sent me RMA form by email. Case solved!
(It would have been solved even faster if that simple bit of information would be shown on the return form itself )
