Revert update to active mins instead of zones?

I absolutely HATE the new update of active zones instead of minutes. Not to mention my versa now vibrates mid workout everytime I change zones.

Is there any way to revert back to the previous active mins or turn this off?

I just replaced my previous Fitbit and hate this update. If zones can’t be replaced anyone have any success returning the product due to this kind of update?

thanks in advance!

No, it's not possible and Fitbit closed the suggestions to go back to active minutes as not planned.

Well this answer is not quite correct. Anything is possible if someone wants to do it. Just like the blocking the One and the Inspire HR from updates that will allow the devise to work correctly. The devises can be put back if the company wanted to.

Ok, let me rephrase: it's possible only by Fitbit changing the firmware, as users we can't do it. Fitbit decided they don't want it.

@LeaSinc   A few years ago, the CDC and the WHO changed activity recommendations.  They now recommend 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.  Or a combination of the two.  Since active zone minutes are 1x for fat burn and 2x for cardio and peak, active zone minutes make it easier to meet activity recommendations.  The CDC heart rate for moderate activity is higher than the fat burn heart rate for active minutes.  Sorry, but there’s no going back.

With respect to the zone notifications you are getting, I believe you can turn them off.  I don’t use an Inspire 2, so please try the following.  When you tap on your profile picture, then your Inspire 2 tile, you should see a How to Use option.  There is usually a link to your product manual at the end.  You should be able to find a section that describes these zone minute notifications and how to turn them off.  I have been able to do it on other models,

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
