Just got a brand new HR, and the calorie amounts being shown are ridiculous so it messes up my intake for the day. Fitbit is showing in activity history that I burned
6,959 cals |
on days when I only completed 30-60 minutes of interval training. So my intake is telling me I have eaten 800 calories but still have over 5000 left to go. I have my correct weight and height logged, and I've asked for a 500 calorie deficit in settings. When I click on activity history to look at this supposed 6'959 burned I get:

Tried to attach screenshots but can't see how it works when I click add/insert image it asks for source but doesn't let me actually choose one.

@SunsetRunner, a warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your with your calorie count on your account and thank you for checking your information. This is odd. I suggest you remove the tracker from your account (tap the account button at the top left corner, then the tracker account and the trashcan account). After this setup your device again by following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.
