STOP motivational messages!

First of all, it should not be this difficult to find somewhere to request help or submit feedback about a product.

Moving on, I have searched far and wide for a way to STOP the motivational notifications on my inspire 2 for weeks. I have every related notification setting turned off and I am still being harassed by that god forsaken BIRD! I don't need to be reminded every 250 steps with a 6 second vibration jingle! Make it easy to turn off! Who the x thought this was a good idea? Who designed the settings UI to be so hard to navigate, and have so many layers across devices? They deserve to be fired for creating such a tangled web of unnecessary and harassing features. I guess without them there would barely be a fitbit company. It is beyond annoying to get interrupted every single time I stand up for that bird or plane or whatever to tell me I stood up. This has been hands down the most annoying christmas gift I have received, but I have forced myself to be chained to it for at least one week to not allow itself to be a complete waste of time and humanity. I don't need the firework animations. I don't need the sky banners. What I need is to MAKE IT EASY TO DISABLE. Better yet, DISABLE IT BY DEFAULT.

Hi @Ddg333 you can try removing permissions from the Inspire 2, but those motivational messages will always remain. I've learned to ignore them. As for help, there is customer support. These are the community forums and we're just members who use the devices. Now, for suggestions there is a whole forum area where people can post and the rest of us can vote on suggestions. click to go there
