Noticed a weird scratch after 1 hour wearing in my house, just purchased, and wonder if there is any recourse.

@jdree - If you purchased it from the Fitbit Store, then please contact Fitbit Support. Otherwise, I would return it to the retailer where you made the purchase. You ask if you were sold a used device … was the box and all packaging intact?
