Screen Goes Black Mid Swype Repeatedly

i just got my fitbit Inspire HR a week ago. the last few days I have noticed the screen goes black while I am swyping to view activity stats. When it does this, it will do it three times in a row even if I press the button on the left other than just moving my wrist to activate it. I know at least one other person who has a fitbit Inspire HR and does not seem to have this problem. please advise.

I'm glad to see that you're using the Fitbit Inspire HR to improve your daily routines. Thanks for reporting the issues with your Fitbit. Please try to restart it with the following steps:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart please let me know.
