I noticed a tiny little mark in the corner of my screen which looks like condensation, i never wear my watch in the bath/shower or to go swimming so the damage could have only happened when washing dishes. Now i cant swipe the screen at all? Ive only had the watch since sept last year.

Hi, thanx for the reply.
I've tried to restart it several times and still no further forward. Ive also tried changing the clock face too, the screen responds to taps but wont swipe.

@RicardoFitbit, I am having the EXACT same problem. I have never worn my FItbit in the shower or the swimming pool (even though it is rated for such activities); however, it undoubtedly get splashed when I was the dishes or give my girls a bath. It appears to have a watermark under the screen in the upper right-hand corner & has stopped swiping. It, thankfully, still tracks my steps, but I fiind it super annoying that I cannot swipe the screen to see any of the stats or read an entire text message. I have tried restarting it as you have suggested above. What else can I do?

I received a replacement tracker 2 days ago but it isnt working, ive charged it up and tried to restart it. I was advised by customer support to clean the device and charger with rubbing alcohol but the screen still isnt working. It vibrates when it connects to the charger but no smiley face appears.

Strange because I'm having the same problem and mine hasn't been anywhere near water! It only started today, I've only had my inspire for 3 months after replacing an Alta that gave up the ghost after 3 years. I'll try doing what was suggested and hope for the best!

My fit bit started acting strange a few weeks ago with the same issue and I've tried doing the soft restart and it hasn't fixed the issue. It's good to see others are having the issue so I will need to reach out to customer service to see what are the next steps on fixing the issue.

I recharged mine for a few hours and it's now fine but I don't like things going wrong after only a few months wear. Keeping my fingers crossed!
