HR giving me problems again... I sent it because it got warm almost burned my skin, and then it died, it didn’t take any charge or nothing, lit died. Now is happening again. Is not holding charge and also Is like frozen on the clock. The screen is not working. The reset didn’t work.

@Nahomi Did you try the restart while it was on the charger? That has worked for me in the past.

This started happening to mine about a week ago. But in a ticket and they are sending me a new one. My screen won’t turn on and the battery dies in half a day. Still tracks and syncs though during the time it still has battery.

Same here. Started yesterday. Screen freezes on clock. Can’t do anything else on device. Syncs appear to be working. Reset several times and charged overnight. Still frozen on clock.

How do you get a 'ticket'? I cannot find how to contact them.

I went to chat in the Support section and the agent walked me through a restart. I did not know the device has to be attached to charging cable to fully reset. When I did that, the device started up and ran correctly.

Follow up - I did not know the device has to be on charger to restart / reset properly. Once I did that it worked fine again.

I’m having the same problem. Screen not working at all. I discovered it this morning when I was going to manually record exercise and the screen just went black. It still records steps, walks, heart rate, and activity, and syncs with the app, but nothing on the screen! I put it on the charging cable and tried to reset it. I heard/felt the re set, but still nothing on the screen. This happened briefly once before and it just went back to normal after about an hour. This has been 9 hours, and it’s not looking good!

On another thread I saw a suggestion to change the clock face. As strange as it seems, I went into the app and changed the clock face and my screen worked! I changed it back to the one I wanted and it stills works! It’s worth trying!
