This just started happening a few days ago for no apparent reason.
No matter where my Inspire 2 is, whether it's on my wrist, sitting on a table or charging in the cradle, it keeps randomly turning the screen on for 6 seconds and then off for 1, on for 6 and off for 1. You get the picture. Needless to say, the battery isn't lasting more than a few hours.
I've updated the software on my iPhone. I've cleaned the connectors on the back of the watch as well as the connectors on the charger. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I've also forgotten the device and then repaired it. I've even drained the battery on my Fitbit and then charged from there. Nothing has changed.
I bought my Fitbit 13 months ago and have been very happy with it up to this point. Now it's practically useless. I'm not sure what to do next.
