The screen on my Inspire 2 has been unresponsive to touch and swiping for about a week although the clock could still be viewed by touching side buttons. The screen now stays blank no matter what.
I have attempted to troubleshoot the problem in two ways. 1. By plugging it in to a power source (fully charged), holding side buttons for 10 seconds (a smiley face appeared and vibrated but went back to blank). 2. Used the app on my phone to change the clock face. Loading bar appears where the clock face will be then stays blank.
I tried four times for each methods. Is there anything else I can do?

I have the same problem for the past 2 weeks. While connected to my computer, my watch kept glitching with the smiley face. Updates and all are done still nothing on my screen and no vibration either. Ive also tried multiple times like you to reset.. I bought this watch in march , big disappointment right now. 😠
