Screen wake feature is not working on my Inspire 2

Watch time does not light up when you look at it. Nothing happens.

Hi there, @Slafkas. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Inspire 2.

As a first approach, please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Press and hold the buttons to access certain settings. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.

If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Inspire 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please check if your Inspire 2 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.
