I purchased an inspire hr may 2020. Within a few months it stopped working. Fitbit sent me a replacement. I have had so many issues with it since I received the replacement inspire and Fitbit support were not helpful at all. I was requesting a Fitbit replacement that worked properly and they refused. Yesterday it completely died even though it was 80% charged. No green light. Not synching with phone. Not able to restart. I went through every troubleshooting tip. While going through the troubleshooting tips to reboot the inspire it became so hot while on the charger it burned my hand when I went to press the button as suggested! am so disappointed in choosing Fitbit as I now see that there are so many user issues and poor support from Fitbit. I feel I should put in a liability claim for an injury sustained from the overheating incident today. This should not happen.
