I am hoping someone can help me. I am new to using a fitbit. In recent weeks, it has been noticed that my heart is beating erratically over 35% of the time. Since I cannot feel it when this happens, I need a way to chart my pulse. Is there a way that I can use my Inspire HR fitbit to do this? I would like to be able to see a history of what my heart rate was throughout the day. How can I access this information at the end of the day? I can then take this information into my cardiologist so we can see if the medications are working.

@DeniseAxle Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate data. You can view your daily heart rate data either on the Fitbit app or on the website at fitbit.com. You can also export your data following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.

Alvaro,
Thanks for the reply. On the fitbit app, I can see my resting heart rate. At 8 pm, I see a graph with 3 points on it. Is it just giving me an average resting heart rate or has my heart rate stayed that constant all day? Sorry for the confusion!
I tried to export my data on fitbit.com but was unable to do so. When I asked for my activity, the only thing I got was the number of calories, activity levels, etc. When I asked for my body information, I got my weight and BMI. Again, sorry for my confusion.
There have been times during the day when my heart rate (according to my fitbit) jumps to 90 bpm or drops to 50 bpm. I would like to be able to show my cardiologist this information if it is accurate.
