Hello.
My new Inspire 2 shows the sleep stage data (% of deep, light, REM sleep, etc.) in bar graph form but NO SLEEP SCORE - either on the Fitbit or in the app. Looking at this forum, I see this has been a fairly common problem. I have logged in and back out of the app and rebooted the Fitbit twice.
The Fitbit appears to be accurately tracking my sleep data, so why am I missing the Sleep Score? What can I do to fix this issue?
I am currently using iOS 15.1 on an iPhone 8. Please advise. Thank you!

That's interesting and frustrating and doesn't make sense at all. Are you using "Premium" or the normal Fitbit? Are you able to post some screen shots? In Not-Premium Fitbit, I can see the sleep score
in thThis is how it looks when you click on the day.ree different places (at least). I put up screenshots of some places where you can maybe see the score if you have non-Premium (they have captions but not all are showing?). I don't know where you would find it in Premium.
I understand that you want to see it and should be able to(!), but personally, I think this made up score is not as meaningful or important as being able to see your total time asleep and then look at how your REM and deep sleep compare to "benchmark." If only Fitbit would also make total time spent restless and total TIMES we wake up during the night freely available (along with the other heart rate data, also held hostage unless you have Premium) that would be all that we need.
Can see it in grey, just below the time.
Can see it in purple circle next to miniature graph
Pretty conspicuous on top of the data for the day.

Not sure why this reply of mine is broken in pieces. That's not how I posted it, and I cannot seem to fix it. Perhaps it looks okay on a phone, and this is just one of those stupid things being inflicted on people who are using a desktop?

Thanks for the reply, Runner. For whatever reason, the sleep score suddenly started working today. I did all sorts of tweaks and reboots yesterday, so I can't say what (if anything) caused it to work.
I would agree that specific data informing the score is more important, but I still wanted to see the number, if only to have a quick shorthand way of comparing one day to another. That said, I have Premium (Fitbit was a gift and came with one free year), and I'm definitely more interested in those metrics than the overall "score."

I am glad to hear it is working again! You will probably find (as most of us do) that these things are very glitchy, temperamental, and random. However, mine eventually did settle down to work reasonably well most of the time as a step tracker and for tracking sleep. [I don't care about notifications or the more complicated things.]
My main issue with Fitbit is that they collect DATA and then don't let you have your data without the subscription. For Inspire 2, that (in effect) means that we will have to spend money equaling the cost of a new device every year, and then when it wears out (which they don't seem to last very long, anyhow) we will also have to buy a new device. To be honest, I have very negative feelings towards the company over this behavior, and if I could afford a different device, I'd be gone. When this thing dies, I'll replace it with something different, even if it costs more.
