can tasker, or any other app, determine (via fitbit or not) whether i'm asleep?  what i want is for my phone to go silent when i'm asleep (without needing to toggle or schedule it).  i mostly use my pixel3xl(android 12) but also have an iphone8.

I would like to let you know that we do not currently have that option on any of our devices. However, I think it is a great idea. It would allow users to fall asleep without any distractions and forget about any notifications or calls. You can share this idea on our Product Feedback board, where other users can support it by leaving comments and votes.
