Setting a 10000 step vibration on my New Fitbit Inspire

Can anyone assist me in setting a 10,000 step indicator on my new Fitbit Inspire?  I called Fitbit support and they could not help me.  The Fitbit App is on my Iphone 5.

1. On phone app, profile pic > tracker (Inspire) > Main Goal > Steps
2. Profile pic > GOALS: Activity > Steps

If that doesn't get it, you might have notifications turned off.

Thank you for the information:  I tried everything but no luck...

I made sure everything was turned on but still no luck.  When I click on my profile pic, the only thing I can do is take a picture, it will not allow me to do anything else.  My profile page does not list Goals or activity.

Sorry.  I put in extra step. Leave out tracker (Inspire) step.
