I have an existing account setup already on my tablet using my email address, I will want to add a different fitbit account for my wife. 

We both share one email account and we only have one windows 10 tablet computer.

Summary: can multiple fitbits share one account for different people.

Sorry, but each user needs a separate account with its own email.  Using same computer/sync device, you will have to keep logging out of one account and into the other unless you have some other possible sync device such as a smart phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
