My inspire wasn’t syncing to my iPhone. I tried restarting, turning off the blue tooth, and restarting my phone. I removed the device from my app and began to set it up again but once my phone finds the device it gets stuck on the connecting to tracker screen.

We probably won't be able to set it up until we fix the problem that was causing the sync issue. Removing a non syncing tracker from your Fitbit account normally will make matters worse.
Is the app up to date?
Has your phone and tracker been restarted?
Better yet, try shutting the phone off.
Try clearing the phones cache. I don't know how with iOS, so use google.
Try removing the Fitbit app, restart phone and install fresh.
