Settings on the face Inspire HR

I have a extra setting on Fitbit Inspire HR. One is always on display, the other is gps on/off.The other one is Heart Rate, On/off. What's the 3 rd one on settings screen? It also says tap on/off. But the tiny scrolling message doesn't indicate what it is for.  The choices are on/ off. What's it mean and what's it for. The other choice which I like is a quick way to reset my tracker (hold 3 seconds. Easier. And of course deleted your information.

Could you share a picture of what you are seeing on your tracker. You can add one by using a web browser on your computer (like Firefox or Chrome) and clicking the camera icon.
