Trying to set up my new Inspire HR, but the startup screen conitues to show fitbit.com/setup and I cannot get a bluetooth connection.
I have tried several bluetooth devices but no luck
What to do?

Yes the phone is on the list.
I just saw it is not a Inspire HR 2 but just an Inspire HR.
Seems that the bluetooth on. the tracker is not responding.

It remains showing fitbit.com/setup it just does not want to connect.

There is a minimum requirement for phones and bluetooth to be compatible with Fitbit. Did you see them on the link I sent? Please keep your posts in this thread so all your responses will be in one spot for you.

@BobbiRoos it looks like you are trying to pair an Inspire HR (Inspire 2 is still on preorder).
It looks like you are trying to pair your device again if you see setup/fitbit.com I recommend restarting your device and then following setup instructions again.
If you are paired and not connected to Bluetooth, go into your Bluetooth settings and forget your Inspire. Then return to the device and you will be prompted to set up Bluetooth again.

I found the issue.
My mother also has a fitbit inspire, I used her USB cable and that was the issue.
Using my new cable made it.
Ugly issue.
