Setup not finishing due to error message

Your system says there is already a Fitbit attached to my email address. I have never had a Fitbit before. I can't log in

Hi @MJMcAllister welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for letting me know the error message that you're getting from your Fitbit Account. Please log out from your Fitbit account, open the Bluetooth setting on your phone and delete any Fitbit device it might there. Then follow the steps here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
