Before setting up my new Fitbit Inspire HR do I need to charge it for a period of time?

I am glad to assist you with your concern about charging your new Inspire HR before setup. I would like to advise that you need to connect your Fitbit device to the charger before you begin the setup process and may charge it for a period of time. You can find the steps to set up the tracker at How do I set up my Fitbit device?
