Share your experience with Inspire HR

I am a Fitbit user and have been for 5+ years. Up until 4 months ago I had great luck with Fitbit products. I am currently wearing a Fitbit Alta (2 years) with my Motorola Z3 (1+years) and been having syncing issues. I have contacted customer service 3 times and they came to a conclusion that it was my phone to blame, however, it worked fine with this phone for 8 months. I was starting to believe that it may be my tracker getting old and it's time for an update, but after reading about so many syncing issues with other devices, I am very leery on spending the money to have these same issues. I would like to go with the Versa 2 but I don't like the large size so I am leaning toward the Charge 3 or the Inspire HR or possibly a new company all together. Any experiences good or bad that you can share about these 2 devices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

@ickiVa A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the time you took to share your experience with Fitbit.

As mentioned by our Support team, the Motorola Z3 isn't a supported device and therefore, this is why you might be experiencing syncing issues with your Alta.

I've noticed that some users have been able to sync their Fitbit's with a non compatible device, however, after Fitbit updates, you might experience this type of issues due to the incompatibility. Rest assure that Fitbit is always testing new devices and adding them to the list

Regarding your inquiry about Versa 2, I wanted to share my personal experience with it. I used to have the Ionic and it was bulky but the Versa 2 is lovely, because it has many useful features such as music control, Amazon Alexa and it has beautiful bands that you could exchange from time to time.

If you're unsure, you may want to take the Fitbit quiz and find out which one is better for you.

Hope someone else can jump in and share their experience with Fitbit. 😀
