My inspire 2 stopped working. I was connected with a specialist provided me with information to send in the device for replacement.
It says in the email for the repair that I may be charged for the replacement. Since my Inspire was purchased in 2021, is there actually a chance that it will be replaced.
Or would be recommended to simply buy a new device without waiting the 10 business days for Fitbit to receive my device and assess the damage and charge me for the new one?

Hi @mbrush if you purchased your Inspire 2 in 2021, I can't imagine there is any warranty left, even if you had an extended warranty. With so many sales going on all the time and you being without a Fitbit, why not see what you can find to replace it? I have the Inspire 3 and love it.

I had assumed as much. I'm just confused why they're telling me to send it in if there's nothing they can do. It seem like a waste of time for them. haha.
But my gut feeling was to just replace it myself with the Inspire 3. Great to know that you love yours!
