My Inspire 2 has stopped showing the detail of my steps time wise. It was fine until the middle of last week. Anyone else have this problem? I contacted customer support yesterday and they said they are aware of this problem but it has not yet been fixed. Syncing is fine.

Mine has indicated ‘no measurements’ for 3 weeks. They are aware but not sure what the timeframe is to fix.

If you are iPhone users, then it seems like everyone has this problem. This is a known bug in the iOS app and I have it, too. There is a dedicated thread in the iOS forum for updates.

Thanks, I am a iPad user, I have chatted with them 4 times. Just find it weird that they can’t fix this issue after one month now. Reading other peoples comments they have said they are not supporting older technology. My Fitbit is about 2 years old.

I contacted Fitbit support earlier today and they told me to go into the actual Fitbit app and update it. I did and now the measurements are restored on my device. Result!!

Hello, still wondering when I will see my steps , still shows “no measurements “ it’s been about a month now. Think my Fitbit is about 2 years old. Is it true that my Fitbit is considered obsolete.

Forgot to add, no one from support has ever contacted me, other viewers have, but their suggestions didn’t work.

@JMdoglover1 Nice to see you around. Thank you for your message and feedback. This situation is caused by the Fitbit App and not by your Inspire 2.
Our team is working on a solution. Please keep an eye open for any app update available.
Hope it gets solved soon.

Hello. Thank you it’s showing my steps this morning. Some days are missing data. But my hourly steps are there. Great job.
