Significance of 3,021 calories?

This may be a silly question, but I can’t find the answer anywhere. My Inspire HR “celebrates” when I’ve burned 3,021 calories every day. What is the significance of that number?

That is apparently set as your default calorie burn daily goal, similarly to the default 10,000 steps goal.  You can change it to whatever you like.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
