Does anyone know why the Fitbit doesn’t honor the silence settings on the iPhone?
A group of friends will sometimes start sending tons of texts/iMessages. While the phone allows me to “silence for an hour,” my Fitbit Inspire 2 doesn’t honor that setting, and keeps alerting me.
Yes, I could turn on DND, but that silences ALL alerts. And generally I’ll forget to turn it off, and end up missing something important.
iOS 15.4.1
Fitbit app 3.59

Hi @TinkerBob have you checked the settings for the Fitbit app? In my Android, I will often go to individual challenges and select not to receive notifications of messages. Might that be where all your group messages are coming from?

No, that’s not it at all. The group messages are not from within the app. They are regular text/iMessage notifications.
The problem is that the Fitbit app isn’t honoring the iOS option to selectively silence some text/iMessage notifications.
But thanks anyway for the suggestion.
