Silent alarm updates will not sync

I can't get updates to the silent alarm to sync on my Inspire 2. I have updated the Fitbit app, but the alarms still will not update. Any suggestions? I'd like to be able to change the alarm as needed. Also, my Fitbit won't count stairs. I have tried resetting the device as well. Thanks for any suggestions!

I have the same issue, just started in the last few weeks.  I have found that although the alarms show as not synced, they are working.   I have tried every solution on the web to solve the not synced message and nothing fixes this currently. 

The duplication problem is solved by previous posts of add 8 alarms, then option to delete allows you to delete the duplications.
