Hi there, is anyone else having an issue with their silent alarms? As I go to synch them, they are duplicating somehow and then they cannot be deleted at all. I have a screen shot, but can’t attach the image here. Since the app only lets you set so many alarms, it gets tedious since they get duplicated as they synch, but you can’t delete them, then you receive an error that you have too many alarms. Please fix, thanks!

I’ve been having the same problem and the tech I talked to yesterday was no help. He was telling me how to delete them step by step exactly the way they’re supposed to be delete. He couldn’t understand that was not working. I’ve been deleting them since I got this device but suddenly I started having the same problem you have.

Thank you for posting. Hopefully others will report the same issue and we can get it fixed in a future bug fix.

I'm having the same problem. The alarms that are set and toggled on are working but they are duplicating (greyed out) but not able to be deleted. It's a silly bug. I removed the device which forced the reset of the alarms but when I set them again they duplicated again.

I’m having the same issue and have been for weeks. I keep deleting and then reinstalling the app to get the alarms unduplicated. Hopefully they will fix the issue soon.

I found a solution that worked for me when I was left with one sort of faded out was to log out and log back in. So the steps were I added an alarm, a second one appeared (so annoying), I tried to delete it, sync then log out and log back in. It seems not to refresh properly. Hope this helps someone, maybe not work in all cases.

Same here. So annoying. Fitbit help was no help at all.

Mine is two weeks old and I have had this problem but it seems to go way once I force a sync and wait a few minutes. I have also done this...Try to add more than eight alarms, the devise should tell you that you can't and to delete one, then go to one of the dups and delete it.

Thanks for posting and sharing the tips. Unfortunately, I’m not able to delete my extra alarms at all, they are greyed out for me.
