Hi there, is anyone else having an issue with their silent alarms? As I go to synch them, they are duplicating somehow and then they cannot be deleted at all. I have a screen shot, but can’t attach the image here. Since the app only lets you set so many alarms, it gets tedious since they get duplicated as they synch, but you can’t delete them, then you receive an error that you have too many alarms. Please fix, thanks!

I’m having the same issue. What helped once for me was logging in through the web app and deleting the alarm there, then syncing my Fitbit in the app. It was good for several weeks but now the issue has reoccurred and nothings working. Fitbit customer support was no help, they just share “how to add a silent alarm” over and over… My app is updated and Fitbit has the most up to date firmware as well.

This didn’t work for me either. I started with only one ghost alarm but now I’m up to 3.

I keep having this problem with my Fitbit Alta and it's getting worse. I managed to delete my extra alarms, but now my remaining alarms THE ONES I NEED TO GET ME UP IN THE MORNING TO GO TO WORK are not working. I add them and they say "not synced yet" - I have synced my fitbit more times than I can count. I deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. I reset my fitbit Alta multiple times. The problem persists.

I sign out and then sign back in and now all of the alarms are gone and I can set the one I want

It deleted them but when I add a new one the same thing happens, duplicates greeted out, cant sync, log out, delete, and repeat.

Oct 2022 - this continues - effectively making it useless. inspire 2 and iPhone duplicated not synching alarms - was a main reason for purchase - islet alarm.
Anyone got a solution.
Done app reinstall, changed phones, rebooted inspire, hard reset? well erased user data on inspire.
help.

It’s still happening to me too, none of the suggested fixes work to correct it. Frustrating!

Having the same issue here and I really miss my morning silent alarm. Nothing I’ve tried so far helps.

Sorted- go to account settings on the app
Open authorised devices.
I had loads
removed all but the current iPhone and immediately the problem resolved
hope this helps
i think there is the app looking to sort out notifications with too many non existent devices and then not moving to the next step in the sync cycle

That did not work for me. In fact, it almost compounded the problem.
