Since installing the firmware update 33.20001.88.4 Sleep and Exercise not tracked, I am sleeping and exercising with my fitbit on but they are not being tracked. I searched the community and the only answer I found was to restart my Inspire. I had no idea how to restart the Inspire and I could not find out how on the community so I Chatted with Fitbit and my case number was 37615197. The Tech told me to put my phone in the charger and push the button for 5 minutes. Did that - still not tracking my exercise and sleep (had to wait until the next day to see if it tracked my sleep)
I found on my Inspire another way to restart - Under settings there is a reboot the device option where you push and hold the screen for 3 seconds and a box is created on the screen - did this 6 x
I deleted the app on my Iphone, and reinstalled.
Still can not get sleep and exercise to be realized, I am sleeping and I am exercising for 20+ minutes a day (I changed my setting to walk for 15 minutes or longer) but it is not working - it DID WORK before I installed your update!! Steps are sill being recognized but not sleep and exercise - I can see where I exercised in the Log but for some reason fitbit is not translating that to exercise.

It has been two weeks since I posted this - Fitbit told me they knew about the problem - where is the the solution?!?!? One or more of your programmers Fubarred the program; your Certification department did not catch it - when will you have a fix?!?!

As of the evening of 11/16/20 you fixed my Inspire sleep tracker (without me having to do anything!!!) and as of 11/18/20 you fixed my Inspire step counter which now reminds me that I don't have 250 steps for the hour again 🙂 I think you fixed the exercise tracker but I have not gone out to exercise as it is too stinking cold...
The new version of the software is 33.20001.88.11 (which is the same version number as the old one that did not work)

i hope they fix my draining battery problem as well, It has never drained in one day, i could get about 6 days on one charge, now i have to charge it every day, very annoying, as they are not cheap to replace when you are a pensioner like I am.
