Literally only bought this for the sleep score and it’s not showing up. Why is this?

Quick fix all on the bracelet not the app. Go into setting and check the following 3 things.
1 sleep should be greyed out
2 DND should be greyed out
3 Band should be set to wrist not clip
I did this yesterday and I have sleep details this morning. Need to wait 4 days for the other info but I am hopeful that this too will work.

Me too upgraded to premium and the only thing that works now is steps ? Let me know if you get a solution

Where should I be looking for this area you say should not be grayed out? On the wristband it just says “no score“ and on the app it just tells me the hours I slept but doesn’t give me a score.

I have the same problem. I spent hours going back and forth with tech support and still can't get it to record properly. Apparently I only sleep 1 to 2 hours a night. I don't know what I am doing for the other 6 or so that I am in bed
