Sleep and Water data not showing on the Inspire HR

The sleep section is darkened, while the water section shows zero even though the app shows 1000. Tried syncing the device and restarting it but doesn’t work

Edit: 06/04/2019: Data still not showing. Factory reset, restart still doesn't help. Forget device doesn't help.

My sleep tracker does the same! Did you manage to fix it please?

No, it still doesn’t do it most of them time. I emailed back and forth with FitBit support for about 3-4 months and they have no solutions, and they won’t take them back.

I see the best answer is about enabling location tracking but it’s for Google. How would I do this on iOS?

I’m one of the few that has no problem tracking my sleep and I have iOS as well. Water you have to input it manually but I work nights therefore I get up at midnight and sometimes a little bit before in my sleep tracks perfectly although your sleep will only stay on for 24 hours as soon as you go to sleep again it goes away it stays on your Fitbit App as long as you sync your Fitbit to your phone every day and if you do that or do you continuously sink I’m on my third Fitbit and I’ve had no problems with them.

 

Your Fitbit only holds the information for 24 hours you have to sync your Fitbit to your phone app every single day as long as you do that it stays on it.

I don’t know how to get my fitbit inspire to track water also people are saying click the water tile. Where is that???

Any solution?  Here i have the same issue. For a while now. My fitbit does not track the water nor my sleep. In the app it shows the right ammount. But not the watch.  Sadly... 

 

Hopefully they have an idea how to fix. I am not buying a new one 😏

The phone I have is a Huawei Y9 Prime and the Fitbit app doesn't record my water intake as quickly as it used to. I'll also try the Force Quit option.

I took mine back as it was still under warranty and swapped it out for a
Samsung. Never regretted it
