I have received a replacement tracker (pebble) and it is working fine as far as screen waking up and syncing better with my phone, but the sleep icon and water icon are missing from the watch.
I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps;
Removed from devices paired with Bluetooth
Restarted tracker 5 times
Removed app and re-installed
Unpaired device and installed again as new
Still the sleep icon and water icon are not on the watch.
Anyone know of a way to fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if the icons are missing directly from your device or from the Fitbit app? Which phone are you using to sync your Inspire HR? Other icons are missing or just the two that were previously mentioned? If possible, please send me a picture/screenshot of this situation for a better understanding.

If you read the first line of my post, you can see that I am talking about the tracker and clarifying that it is the pebble, as this is what you call it when you send out a replacement.
For further clarification, the icons are missing from the device.
I am using a Sony Xperia 5 Android 10 phone, and we have tried pairing with my husband's Samsung Galaxy S10 Android 10. His phone is on your own list of compatible phones, but it makes no difference. Water and sleep icons are still not on device.
Since writing the post, I have restarted the tracker a further 6 times. I restart every time I put it on the charger.
I am not sure how I can send a screenshot or picture of the problem, as I can't screenshot the tracker and I fail to see the value of me sending you pictures of the icons that are there.
The original device did have the icons, but the latest update messed up other things on the device. That's why you sent me a replacement under warranty. Unfortunately the first replacement you sent was faulty and wouldn't connect with my phone or my husbands, so I got a second replacement.

Please keep in mind that I am simply a community member and do not work for FitBit.
I believe what is happening, if I'm not mistaken, is that the icons for "Sleep" and "Water" are not showing up on your actual Fitbit.
These icons are controlled on the Fitbit App:
Open the app and click the "Edit Bottom."
You will then be able to Add or Remove the functions that will appear on the actual Fitbit as seen below:
After you have Added or Removed the sections you want your Fitbit to display simply trigger a manual sync.
I hope I have understood the issue correctly and have helped you solve this problem.

Unfortunately this doesn't solve the problem. The Edit in the app only controls the tiles in the app. I have everything showing in the app and no number of manual syncs have made the icons appear on the Fitbit.
I also note that @RicardoFitbit has gone very quiet.
I am following another post with the exact same issue, and there has been no reply to that one at all.
Makes me think that Fitbit don't have a solution to this either.

I am having same issue. No sleep icon on Inspire HR device; no sleep data for 3 weeks, --bpm message on app and device.

I recently did the updates a couple of days ago and not able to sync my fitbit from the watch to the phone but was able to do it on the computer. When I did the update on my watch versa lite there is no longer a way to track my water, weight and sleep. We are not taking about the app on the phone just the watch. How do I get those back on the phone because they were very important to me.

You might want to try the Versa board. This one is Inspire and Inspire HR product help forum. @NaulterEgo did a post on the tiles on the phone further up in this tread and you could try that. It might work for you, but it didn't for me. Also, Ricardo from Fitbit only gave one answer and never replied to my follow up. Seems when Fitbit can't answer a question, they just ignore us.

I hope you get it solved. I still haven't got the data back on my tracker, so am looking at getting a different one. Getting fed up with the lack of help from fitbit.
