Sleep and heart rate no longer working

On 3/16 both heart rate and sleep suddenly stopped.  I’ve been happily wearing my hr  since June 2019.  I’ve reset and read all the threads with no luck.  Suggestions?

Mine started with no sleep data. Then I noticed that the heart rate was way too high even when at rest. Customer service rep said to charge and reset. That worked for a day or so. I got frustrated and stopped wearing for a few days. My Inspire HR senses no heart rate at all!  The green flashing light on back no longer illuminated. I charged and rest multiple times, cleaned, tried other wrist even made my husband wear it...Nothing worded.  So frustrating!

i had this also. Go onto the watch itself scroll up to settings and make sure the  heart rate is switched to on. Hope that works

I tried that too. Everything is set properly. The photosensitive diodes appear the have ceased working.  Green light no longer flashes regardless of settings.

Mine seems to have magically started working once I posted!  Hope yours will too.

I’m having exactly the same issue now... It is interesting that they are all happening at the same time 🤔 Maybe we’ve just worn them beyond it’s expected life and worn it out

It’s really sad that $100 only buys 6-8 months of wear. I wasn’t aware FitBits are supposed be disposable watches.

I think mine is completely broken. Another feature stopped working today—step count. Argh!

Same issue. Appears no longer working. HELP PLEASE!

heart rate on settings is on. It’s charged, yesterday red light stayed on, today red and green both gone.

does this mean it’s broken?

My sleep and heart rate functions stopped working on my Fitbit Versa about a month ago. The green lights don't flash,  but the heart rate setting is switched to on. He battery life has also become pathetic!

I've reset the watch and the battery life no longer does at 50%.

I've had several Fitbits and am not getting tired of them going wrong at about 2 years old and all Fitbit do is offer me money off a new one. It's not only the expense but the hassle having to buy and set up  a new watch every couple of years...and of course the old straps never fit the new watch...

I went into settings and heart rate was off, turn it on and it fixed my problem.  Thank you!

 heart rate not working for me either. Resting not registering at 72! And heart rate is blank. I’ve reset watch without any luck

On my fitbit I went into settings to check if heart rate was OFF, and it was, so I turn it On.  That solved my problem so far.  I'm a newbie at this  and all I can think of is somehow on the last charge, heart rate was turn off.  Thank you for the advice from a fellow user.  I haven't tried the sleeping diagrams or charts yet.  I hope it works when I do get to it.

I've had mine less than 2 weeks. It started with everything working. Then the heart rate stopped, then the sleep monitoring. I have Inspire 2.
