After resetting data the heart rate and sleep feature just stopped working. Restarted the device but still those two features aren't showing anything.

Let me help you with your missing sleep and heart rate data and. Is the heart rate data missing from the tracker and account or only from the account. For this I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Regarding the sleep logs your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Im afraid the sleep feature just isn't working . Period. Who would I go to for tech support to see if I can get it up and going. The restart and re syncing did nothing, Switching hands did nothing. Just does not seem to be engaged. The icon on the device is grey with no data attached.
Going into my fitbit app doesnt do anything either. Funny because it was working when I first got the device. That was only a month and half ago.
