Just got this new Fitbit. On fourth day and heart rate and sleep not working. I am not happy with this one at all. Had Fitbits for seven years this is the first one I have had that doesn't seem to work. Need help fixing it or I will get a refund and do without!

This happens to me constantly the only two things I really want. I notice it tends to happen after I charge it. I am constantly having to go back and turn them back on again after I miss an entire day's info. I am sick of it and going back to my Inspire HR until the battery is dead. If you can. get rid of your Inspire 2 now, before it's too late to return it. They will never fix it. Just did the update and it is worse than before. Get rid of it now.

@Britintn One feature of the Inspire 2 is that you have the option to wear it on your wrist or on a clip. If it is set to wear on a clip, the heart rate monitoring will be turned off. The green lights won't be on and the Inspire 2 will not be able to track your sleep.
To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist". If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".
